The Green Ashland-4BR,2BTH minutes from the Falls

The area was a little different than expected but worth the value for the locations proximity to all things Niagra Falls! Host was incredible and very responsive and helpful when contacted. house sleeps 9 and there was plenty of room for us all. My son loved the street fighter arcade game! There were a couple small issues which I communicated to the host, and am sure will be handled in a timely fashion. Would stay here again!

Gil was great attentive and responsive other than dealing with gnats and stinky smell coming from the vents the house was nice and clean and spacious neighborhood was a bit undesirable but safe only a couple minutes away from the falls which was great

We reached the place well after the checkin time. Getting in was easy however, the place had a lot of issues, the wifi wasn’t working later the host shared the wifi info which dint work for more than few mins. The bedrooms had faint smell, the AC dint work for a complete day which left us reaching out back and forth. The mattress were too soft which made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully the weather was good, if it wasn’t for the weather we would have planned to move out.
