A detached garage is available that can accommodate a standard size vehicle. Bedrooms 1 & 2 each have a queen-size bed and bedroom three have 2 twin beds that extend to a total of 4 twin beds. Additionally, there is a pack & play for any little ones as well as two queen size air mattresses for any additional guests. The sofa in the living room can be put together with the ottoman to make a large sleeping surface as well. The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. Free on-street parking with alternate sides is available as well as a garage for one vehicle. Uber and Lyft are readily available but a private car is the best way to see all of the sights. When visiting the falls, free parking is available at the casino ramp as well as the "RV" lot on goat island. Just a short walk from each lot takes you right to the heart of the falls. The casino is a half-mile from the home and the falls is just 1 mile. The house is located 1 mile from the Falls and just a half-mile from the casino! The neighborhood is up and coming. Some of the surrounding streets are still being invested in and rehabilitated, however. The area is safe but, there are some homes and buildings that are unoccupied or in need of renovation in the surrounding area.
