A charming house recently renovated with touches of both modern and rustic. TV is equipped with streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+ for your convenience, 2 queen beds, Full over Full bunk bed for your convenience.
You'll have access to a washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen, and access to a backyard with a deck, BBQ grill, and Hot Tub. You'll have full access to the kitchen stocked with plates, cups, pans, coffee maker, and utensils.
We want you to enjoy your vacation so we will not bother or disrupt you. However, we are local and always available if needed for anything at all. If you prefer a live check-in, please let us know and we can meet you when you arrive.
Centrally located with Starbucks, LA Fitness, and the outlet mall right around the corner. Plenty of local eating options within a few miles, like the Griffon Pub. A quick 7-minute drive to downtown Niagara Falls to see the waterfalls. A 5-minute drive to some of the best Buffalo Wings in WNY.

Great location near Niagara Falls. Everything was perfect!!!
Positive: Everything we were looking for in our trip to Niagara Falls Canada and NY were very conveniently located only about 7 to 10 mins depending on traffic from NY side and the Rainbow Bridge. Easy to get through both sides. Tons of fun! We even enjoyed the local movie theater to cath the new movie Young Washington. House had everything we needed including the trolley that came by. Easily housed a family of 5.
It's not far from Niagara Falls and has a lot of stores around for convenience. The hosts were kind and sent 2 fans for the bedrooms when we asked if there were fans on site. We also had an issue with private matters while booking and had to reschedule our time and it was accepted with no issues which was greatly appreciated. Very kind hosts. However due to previous reviews of over a month ago that have the same issues without corrections when we got there, I dont recommend this home for families with children or ada requirements. Book according to your needs and ask for more photos. The windows dont lock and a lot of the doors dont shut. The front door has a slide lock that does nothing for saftey. The bathroom is small, and it is inconvenient to use the shower due to its low pressure and head location. I couldnt bathe my kids because the tub (not pictured) is sharp around the drain area. The containers with hygiene products, shower head, hot tub, grill, and put away dishes were dirty
