Bedroom 3 has a Full size bunk bed. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds with premium mattresses. Additionally, there is a pack & play for any little ones and an air mattress for any extra guests. The sofa in the living room could also be used as a sleeping surface as well.
You will have private access to the full property during your stay.

Only a 20-minute drive to downtown Buffalo - so if you're looking to see the Falls and explore BOTH Buffalo and NF and truly get a handle on the beautiful region of WNY, this is the ideal hub and location.
Uber and Lyft are readily available but a private vehicle is the best way of seeing all of the sights.

Se presentaron situaciones no agradables para nosotros. La capacidad es hasta para 15 personas y solo hay un baño completo con ducha Necesita mantenimiento el techo se veía arreglado llovió a la media noche y un chorro de agua nos callo en la cara mientras dormíamos, no pudimos disfrutar de nuestro día como estaba programado ya que se dañó el único baño con ducha y no pudimos bañarnos y hacer nuestras actividades a tiempo …. El daño del baño transcurrió a ocasionar chorros de agua filtrándose a la sala.. se volvió peligroso transitar por la parte de abajo de la casa debido a tanta agua que cayó del baño que está en el segundo piso a la sala situación que se sale de las manos del anfitrión y entendimos .. lo que no entendimos es que nos responsabilizará de que el daño del baño ocasionó daños en la sala y fueran nuestra responsabilidad por usar el baño. Sabiendo que el baño es algo de primera necesidad.. y desde el segundo piso no se veía si caía agua
Keith does everything he can to ensure a 5-Star experience. His house is comfortable and so close to the falls and to Canada. I would definitely stay here again.
Our short stay here was fenomenal! Everyone in my family loved how clean, not cluttered and organized this home was. This was the easiest check-in & check-out process I’ve experienced so far which was super convenient. This property is very very close to the Niagara Falls State Park and the Canada Border as well which was a plus for us. I felt very safe here and very happy that I had a spot for my car in the property! Keith was very attentive and gave us many suggestions and places we can go to which was super helpful. We will definitely come back to Keith’s place next time we come back to the Niagara Falls 10/10🤩
